Mark D. Lehrman is counsel to our Estate Planning & Administration Group.
Mr. Lehrman develops estate plans for high net worth individuals, drafting wills, charitable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, personal residence trusts, trusts for minors, and other documents designed to help clients achieve their planning objectives. Working closely with accountants and appraisers, he prepares estate tax returns, and he has achieved successful results for clients facing estate tax audits. Mr. Lehrman also has represented executors and trustees in New York County Surrogate’s Court proceedings.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Mr. Lehrman was most recently associated with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan. He has also been associated with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson; and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Mr. Lehrman is admitted to practice in New York.
