Mark R. Butler-Swiech is an associate in the Litigation group at Frankfurt Kurnit.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Butler-Swiech was an associate at Arnold & Porter in Los Angeles, where his practice focused on intellectual property litigation and related business disputes. Mr. Butler-Swiech has experience litigating copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, defamation, and unfair competition claims for clients in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Butler-Swiech also has experience with copyright licensing, trademark prosecution, and advising clients on compliance with federal and state online privacy protection acts.
Before entering into law, Mr. Butler-Swiech worked as an actor in LA and then on the business side of things in talent management and in a small transactional entertainment law firm.
Mr. Butler-Swiech is admitted to practice in California state courts and in the Central District of California.
