Novika Ishar is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group focusing on advertising, branded entertainment, digital media & privacy, and intellectual property matters.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Ishar was an intellectual property associate at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she focused on intellectual property, software licensing and data privacy matters. While at Fried Frank, Ms. Ishar advised multinational companies in the tech, media and fashion industries on intellectual property issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions and negotiating licensing, outsourcing and other services agreements. Prior to joining Fried Frank, Ms. Ishar was a capital markets and leveraged finance associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where she advised major corporations and banks such as Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank on securities issuances and large-scale loan financings.
She is admitted to practice in New York.
