Caitlin E. Cline is an associate in the Estate Planning & Administration and Charitable Organizations Groups at Frankfurt Kurnit.
Her practice focuses on estate, gift, and income tax planning, estate and trust administration, and contested probate matters. Ms. Cline also advises public and private charitable organizations in a variety of matters, including establishing tax-efficient structures, securing tax-exempt status, complying with self-dealing rules and charitable solicitation regulations, creating “friends of” organizations, and domestic and international grantmaking.
Previously Ms. Cline was a member of the Private Wealth Services Group at Holland & Knight. She began her legal career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel as a commercial litigation and investigations associate.
