Jerome J. Strelov is counsel to our Real Estate Group.
Mr. Strelov currently represents purchasers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. On the commercial side, he negotiates "air rights" transactions, and has represented developers in the acquisition of property and air rights and the ultimate sale of the assembled package. On the residential side, he represents purchasers and sellers of condominium and cooperative apartments and townhouses. Mr. Strelov also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions for offices, stores, and restaurants. He has practiced real estate law for more than 20 years.
Mr. Strelov also practices corporate law, assisting a variety of middle market business clients with formation of corporations and limited liability companies, as well as with acquisitions, sales of assets, and a variety of other business related matters.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Strelov represented film and television producers and individuals in transactional entertainment matters.
He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and The United States Tax Court.
