Jonathan Pryor is an associate in the Litigation Group at Frankfurt Kurnit.
Mr. Pryor advises clients across a variety of industries and issues, with extensive experience representing individuals and business entities in all phases of complex commercial litigation in New York state and federal courts, private arbitrations, and internal investigations.
Mr. Pryor is also passionate about providing pro bono representation to indigent clients, and has represented clients in immigration matters.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Mr. Pryor was a litigation associate at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP, where he handled a broad range of disputes in areas including but not limited to, insurance, private equity-finance, real estate/hospitality, product liability, antitrust, fintech, and intellectual property infringement.
Mr. Pryor received his law degree from Howard University School of Law, where he was a student attorney in the intellectual property patent clinic, and a member of the business law student association and class council. He received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University. As an undergraduate, he participated in the Villanova Basketball Sports Marketing Association, served as treasurer of an honor society, and a board member of the pre-law society.
Mr. Pryor is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern District of New York.
