Marianne Calabrese is counsel to the Estate Planning & Administration Group.

Ms. Calabrese’s practice focuses on estate, gift, and income tax planning for high net worth individuals, estate administration, and estate tax litigation. She has over twenty years of experience in the preparation of complex estate plans and wealth transfer strategies, as well as representation of fiduciaries in estate administration, litigation, and federal and state estate and inheritance tax audits.

Ms. Calabrese has lectured on numerous topics related to estate planning and has co-authored an estate planning strategies primer for a major publication.

Prior to entering into private practice, Ms. Calabrese served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter B. Cooper, Chancery Division, Probate Part, Essex County, New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
