Michael Salik is an associate in the Litigation Group.
Mr. Salik's practice primarily focuses on litigation and counseling in copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, internet/social media and advertising law. Mr. Salik represents and advises clients in a range of industries, including sports, entertainment, music, media and technology. His experience includes representing individuals and business entities in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Salik received his law degree from Fordham Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review and competed and coached on the International Baseball Arbitration Competition team. Mr. Salik graduated Fordham Law Magna Cum Laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
Mr. Salik is admitted to practice in New York.

LIV Golf, Stinger Tees Enter Mediation Over Trademark Clash

In its June 9 lawsuit, Stinger Tees accused LIV Golf of "brazenly" using the same Stinger trademark to sell competing golf merchandise.
