Shely Berry is an associate in the Privacy & Data Security Group.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Berry was an associate at Frost Brown Todd, where she advised clients on privacy and data security, advertising, copyright and trademark issues. Ms. Berry also served as outside counsel to Women in Film Cincinnati.
Prior to law school, Ms. Berry worked at both the collegiate and professional levels in women’s basketball, focusing on basketball operations and management. She was a member of the 2006 Ohio State Women’s Rowing Big Ten Championship team. She is admitted to practice in California.
