Mma H. Afoaku is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations group focusing on transactional and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Afoaku was an associate in the Emerging Technology & Venture Capital group at Egan Nelson. While at Egan Nelson, she served as de facto outside counsel for over 100 startups, working on a variety of matters including: formations, angel and venture capital financings, commercial and corporate transactions, and acquisitions, such as XOXCO’s acquisition by Microsoft.
Ms. Afoaku is a speaker and mentor for social impact entrepreneurs through the Impact Ventures Accelerator, a member of NY+Acumen, and an SEO Alumni volunteer.
She is admitted to practice in New York.
