Nadia Droumbanis is Counsel to the Trademark and Brand Management group, focusing on trademark clearance, prosecution, and licensing.
Ms. Droumbanis recently served as the Associate General Counsel, Intellectual Property & Technology for Brooks Brothers, where she managed the company’s global trademark, copyright, and domain name portfolio, and protected its nearly 200-year-old brand. In addition, she drafted and negotiated a wide variety of commercial contracts, primarily related to advertising, e-commerce, and technology. She also provided strategic advice to the executive team and other business partners regarding intellectual property, right of publicity, privacy, advertising, public relations, and social media issues.
Ms. Droumbanis began her career as an Examining Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, after which she served as an associate at Ladas & Parry LLP where she advised clients on trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement.
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
