Danielle Litwak is an associate in the Corporate & Finance Group at Frankfurt Kurnit.
Danielle focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions, with a particular emphasis on corporate deals in the media and entertainment industries.
Committed to offering her clients creative and practical solutions, Danielle draws on her industry experience and keen eye for detail to anticipate clients' needs as she helps them navigate a broad range of transactional matters. Danielle has experience negotiating and drafting definitive transaction agreements and advising companies at various stages of the corporate life cycle on venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Danielle was an associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP, where she gained experience managing a broad array of transactions and related corporate matters, largely in the sports sector.
Passionate about community and advocating for historically-marginalized members of society, Danielle has also maintained an active pro bono practice, championing voting rights and leading a number of election protection efforts. She is admitted to practice in New York.
