Rachel is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility, and White-Collar Defense and Investigation groups. Her practice focuses on representing lawyers and law firms in a wide range of ethical and professional matters, including malpractice litigation, fee disputes, partnership dissolution, and attorney discipline and admission. In addition to her ethical and professional responsibility work, Rachel is an experienced trial attorney who represents individuals in a variety of criminal matters in both state and federal court. Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Rachel worked as a staff attorney in the criminal defense practice at The Bronx Defenders, where she represented over one thousand clients on issues ranging from traffic violations to serious violent felonies.
