2023 D.I.C.E Summit
Interactive Entertainment Co-Chair Sean F. Kane is the Roundtable Leader for the session, “Legal Issues in Games in a Metaversal Market” during the D.I.C.E Summit. The session explores the implications of games, concerts, movies, and other events being held in the metaverse including IP and fair uses licenses. The discussion includes the legal status of NFTs and how they fit into the metaverse.
