Francesca M. Campione is an Associate in the Trademark & Brand Management Group.
Ms. Campione focuses her practice on all aspects of international and domestic brand building and brand protection. She assists with performing preliminary and full trademark clearances, as well as securing, enforcing and protecting trademark rights.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Campione was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. During her time at Willkie, Ms. Campione counseled international and domestic clients on a wide variety of trademark issues including prosecution, enforcement, and general brand management. She worked extensively on patent litigation matters at the District Court level as well as IP-centered corporate transactions.
Ms. Campione is passionate about pro bono representation and has represented clients in immigration, animal rights, right of publicity and trademark matters.
Ms. Campione graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the intellectual property journal, IP Theory, and externed at the Indiana University Office of Licensing and Trademarks. Ms. Campione also competed in the International Trademark Association’s Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. Ms. Campione graduated magna cum laude from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and brings insight and experience with the media industry to her practice.
She is admitted to practice in New York.
