Julia Krowitz is an associate in the Corporate & Finance Group.

Julia's practice focuses on representing companies in mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset transactions and add-on acquisitions involving portfolio companies. Additionally, she works on general corporate matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and other day-to-day business needs. Her experience also includes industry-specific regulatory compliance research.

Julia is admitted to practice in New York. Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Julia was an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. Before law school, she worked in the Valuations Department at Sotheby’s, where she assisted with estate-tax and collateral-loan appraisals for private collectors, nonprofit organizations, and family offices.
