Maggie Casey is an associate in the Corporate & Finance Group.

Maggie’s advises emerging growth companies and venture capital investors across corporate financing and business combination transactions. In her work with emerging growth companies, she also advises on external general counsel matters ranging from corporate formation, to securities issuances, to strategic partnerships and exits.  Maggie uses her experience with both company-side and investor-side representation to provide each client with advice tailored to their unique priorities and goals.

Maggie is admitted to practice in New York. Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Maggie was an associate at Heilbut LLP, where she worked with Frankfurt Kurnit partner Wendy Heilbut on a wide variety of corporate matters.
