Marlique Plaisime-Tillman is an associate in the Entertainment Group at Frankfurt Kurnit, representing clients in the television, documentary, fashion, food, and beauty industries.
Mrs. Plaisime-Tillman maintains a broad entertainment law practice for talent and production companies. She handles entertainment transactions across all stages of development, production, and distribution; serves as day-to-day production counsel on numerous television series and documentary features. She represents a wide variety of entertainment industry clients, including production companies, producers, directors, fashion designers, chefs, photographers, influencers, and other talent in a broad range of transactional matters, including licensing of entertainment content, endorsement, and appearance opportunities.
Before joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Mrs. Plaisime-Tillman was a litigation associate for a regional New Jersey law firm focusing on insurance and family law matters.
Mrs. Plaisime-Tillman earned her Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
