Christina M. Jenkins is counsel to the Estate Planning & Administration Group. She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the 2023 and 2024 editions of “Ones to Watch” for Trusts and Estates and is listed as a “Rising Star” in Estate Planning by Super Lawyers. 

Ms. Jenkins' core practice focuses on estate, gift and income tax planning, as well as estate and trust administration, estate tax audits and litigation. She works closely with clients to develop estate plans to achieve their objectives, drafting wills, insurance trusts, GRATs and other forms of trust agreements. Additionally, Ms. Jenkins represents executors and trustees in all aspects of estate and trust administration and in proceedings before the Surrogate’s Courts. She also handles matters involving post-mortem rights of publicity.         

Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Jenkins was a Trusts & Estates associate at Gardner Weiss & Rosenblum LLP, where she focused on estate planning and administration, tax, litigation, and guardianship matters. Ms. Jenkins has also worked with inMotion, Inc. (now Her Justice) and was awarded a Pro Bono Leadership Award for her involvement as Coordinator for the Courtroom Advocates Project, both of which provide services to indigent women and survivors of domestic violence.

Ms. Jenkins has served on the Advisory Council of the American Cancer Society, and is a member of the Trusts & Estates Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Women’s Entrepreneurial Plaintiffs Lawyers Network. She is also an active participant on the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Women in Law Section of the State Bar. 

She is admitted to practice in New York.
