Regina (Gina) Gerhardt is an associate in the Litigation Group at Frankfurt Kurnit.
Gina represents clients across a wide range of industries and issues, and has extensive experience in all phases of complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, and internal investigations. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, and in international arbitration proceedings. Recently, she successfully argued a motion to dismiss in a breach of contract case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, resulting in the dismissal of all claims with prejudice.
Gina is also passionate about providing pro bono representation to indigent clients, and has represented clients in immigration and civil rights matters.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Gina was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. She is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
