Stephanie R. Yafeh is an Associate in the Estate Planning & Administration Group. She focuses on the probate and administration of estates as well as estate and tax planning matters.

Ms. Yafeh has extensive experience handling probate and administration proceedings before the Surrogate’s Court and works closely with clients in navigating their roles as executor or trustee. Additionally, she works with her clients to tailor their estate plans to meet their individual objectives.

Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Ms. Yafeh was an Associate at Rivkin Radler LLP and Bouklas & Associates PLLC. During her time at both firms, she initially focused on estate tax, planning and administration matters, and ultimately expanded her focus to include estate litigation and guardianship matters. 

During law school, Ms. Yafeh volunteered with The Children’s Law Center, where she assisted attorneys representing children in custody, visitation, domestic violence, and child protective cases. She participated in the Helping Elders Through Litigation and Policy (HELP) Clinic, where she was placed at the Vera Institute of Justice. During her time with The Guardianship Project, she assisted the staff attorneys in preparing for guardianship proceedings and in motion practice.

Ms. Yafeh co-founded Brooklyn Law School’s Fashion Law Society and served as the club’s Vice President.

Ms. Yafeh is admitted to practice in New York.
