Sean Jefferson is a partner in the Entertainment Group. Sean represents production companies and financiers in structuring and executing complex single- and multi-picture (slate) financing transactions. He advises international co-productions on capital raises involving debt, equity and production incentives from foreign governments. He also advises private equity and fund managers transitioning into media and entertainment.
