Advertising Co-Chair and Blockchain Technology Co-Chair Hannah Taylor presents, “NFTs As a Form of Advertising: A Study on New Claim Substantiation Risk in the Virtual World” during the American Conference Institute’s 6th Annual Advertising Claims Substantiation conference. Hannah discusses the new culture of NFTs and their distinct new role in advertising. She explores the substantiation challenges that may arise from NFT use and the potentially unlawful claims that can arise from NFT use.
