IP Litigation Associate Alycia S. Tulloch is a speaker during the Global Campus Webinar, “AI Art in Advertising” hosted by Advertising Production Resources (APR). Artificially Generated art has become more realistic to produce in recent months, empowering creatives to generate unique images based on text prompts within seconds. There is both excitement and trepidation as to the long-term impact this will have on the industry, with questions arising regarding quality, production applications, and intellectual property & copyright concerns. During the webinar attendees will see a live demo of how AI processes text-to-image asset creation, learn about the IP/Copyright challenges currently facing this approach, and identify the profound impacts this technology will have in the future.
