Global Environmental Marketing Claims
Managing Partner Jeffrey A. Greenbaum moderates the webinar, “Global Environmental Marketing Claims” hosted by the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance. The program will explore the way "green" claims are being treated legally by regulators and other third parties around the world as social and business pressure grows for all sectors of the economy to respond to the climate crisis. GALA members will discuss the current regulations and enforcement "climate" around the world relating to the marketing of the environmental benefits of various products and services. The panel includes speakers from Canada, Denmark, India, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
