Risk of Litigation
Michael Ling will speak on the panel "Risk of Litigation" at the 2026 Video Game Law Summit (VGLS) in Shanghai, China. The panel will discuss current trends in class actions and broader litigation against game companies, common alleged violations, and practical strategies for defending against and managing litigation risk in the video game industry.
Co-hosted by the Shanghai Multimedia Industry Association and the Video Game Bar Association, VGLS brings together game industry professionals, legal practitioners, regulators, and business leaders from around the world to discuss legal issues and the evolving landscape of the global video game industry.
