Over the last few years Influencers have become some of the most sought after “talent” in entertainment, advertising, marketing, and other industries. Part two of this webinar series will discuss some of the major employment law issues to be aware of when engaging Influencers for projects in New York and California.
Topics in Part 2 include:
-Morals clauses, non-compete provisions, and non-disparagement provisions in influencer agreements;
-Intellectual property protections and works made for hire considerations; and
-Considerations when dealing with influencers under the age of 18.
