Videogames and Children - An Overview of New Developments
Protecting the privacy, safety, and well-being of children online, and ensuring they do not access inappropriate or harmful content, has become a high priority for regulators worldwide. Frankfurt Kurnit and the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) present a webinar covering a number of vital children’s issues to help you anticipate and adapt to a changing legal environment. During this hour-long CLE, the panel will focus on key developments – including new laws (such as California’s Age Appropriate Design Code), pending legislation, and recent enforcement - on children's privacy issues, online safety, and advertising. The panelists include Joel Emans, Stacy Feuer, and Daniel M. Goldberg. Moderated by Gregory Boyd. Register below!
