A panel of experts addressed these questions and provides practical answers for restaurant and bar owners, as well as employers in related industries. Wendy Stryker spoke on a panel that included well-known restaurateur Fred Twomey (Bar Veloce) and hospitality industry accountant Stephanie O'Rourk of CohnReznick.
