Blumhouse-Atomic Monster Developing Hannah Rose May Comic Book Series ‘The Exorcism At 1600 Penn’ For Film

Deadline reports that Blumhouse‑Atomic Monster is developing a film adaptation of The Exorcism at 1600 Penn. Creator Hannah Rose May is represented by Frankfurt Kurnit partner Scott Goldman.  This supernatural thriller comic book follows the story of follows the first female president of the United States as she balances boiling political tensions, the threat of World War III, being a mother to two teenagers, and a rapidly shifting media landscape. Jason Blum will produce the film, with Ryan Turek, Hannah Rose May, and IDW Publishing CEO Davidi Jonas serving as executive producers.
