Blockchain Technology Co-Chair Jeremy S. Goldman is quoted in the article, “Did the SEC Just Declare War on NFTs?” published by Decrypt. The article discusses the SEC’s first-ever enforcement action over the sale of NFTs, fining media company Impact Theory $6 million for selling illegally unregistered securities. Jeremy is quoted saying, “A lot of these projects are just selling art. They’re selling collectibles. If they bring an action against those projects, then I’ll be surprised—if they decide to open up that Pandora's box of issues.”
