Frankfurt Kurnit Advises Charlesbank Capital Partners as Ethics Counsel in Record Setting MSO Transaction

Frankfurt Kurnit advised Charlesbank Capital Partners on legal ethics and issues in connection with its strategic investment in the management services organization (MSO) formed to support Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP. The transaction established an MSO to provide non-legal operational support while preserving the law firm's independence and its lawyers' exclusive authority over the practice of law.
