Frankfurt Kurnit Advises Cold Iron Studios in Acquisition by Enad Global

Frankfurt Kurnit represented game developer Cold Iron Studios in connection with its acquisition by Enad Global 7 AB, through its wholly owned subsidiary Daybreak Game Company LLC. Cold Iron Studios is the developer of Aliens: Fireteam Elite and the recently released Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, team-based action video games set in the well-known Alien franchise. The transaction was completed on August 19, 2026, and included intellectual property, contracts, technology and development assets, and related commercial arrangements. The Frankfurt Kurnit team was led by corporate partner Wendy Heilbut and Interactive Entertainment Group partner Sean Kane.
