LIV Golf, Stinger Tees Enter Mediation Over Trademark Clash

In its June 9 lawsuit, Stinger Tees accused LIV Golf of "brazenly" using the same Stinger trademark to sell competing golf merchandise. LIV Golf has said the company has not suffered any harm, and it's too late to challenge the use of the name.
