The Number Of US State Privacy Laws Is Close To Hitting Double-Digits
Privacy and Data Security Chair Daniel M. Goldberg is quoted in the article "The Number Of US State Privacy Laws Is Close To Hitting Double-Digits," published by AdExchanger. The article discusses the rise in state privacy laws and mentions Frankfurt Kurnit's inaugural Tech Law Summit that took place May 4, 2023. Daniel is quoted saying, "Although there are areas of convergence between these laws, there’s also enough nuance to "keep all of the lawyers in this room employed.""
Daniel notes, "The challenge for businesses and privacy professionals – well, there are many challenges, but one of the big ones – is that these three regimes don’t line up completely.
