Hurwitz cut deals for an impressive roster of franchise players like DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn (pacts to write/direct/produce “Superman” feature and second season of “Peacemaker” series) and former Walt Disney Animation Studios CCO Jennifer Lee (return to filmmaking with the sequels “Frozen 3” and “4”) and other marquee clients including Aaron Sorkin, J.C. Chandor and the Agatha Christie Estate.
