The article discusses alleged conflict arising from former President Trump's attorney, Joe Tacopina's prior privileged conversations with potential trial witness Stormy Daniels. In 2018, Daniels and Tacopina engaged in conversations related to a nondisclosure agreement linked to the alleged hush money payment now at issue in the case. Ron is quoted saying, "Tacopina's involvement with Ms. Daniels creates a bit of a mess for all involved. The DA is trying to give the court a way to navigate it without creating an issue that could disrupt the timing of the trial or any future guilty verdict."
