Frankfurt Kurnit Defamation Matter in New York Law Journal
The plaintiff, a supervisor at Jing Fong in Chinatown, brought a defamation action against our clients -- two waiters and a union representative -- for allegedly defamatory statements made at press conferences and published in Chinese language newspapers. Wendy Stryker led our team.
